Foundations of Mysticism

This course will include a detailed investigation of the practices outlined in Aleister Crowley’s Liber E vel Exercitiorum (Liber E). It will be experiential in nature, and will include background information, performance tips and opportunities for in-class practice. The course is designed for practitioners who wish to develop a regimen of spiritual practices that includes postures, breathing and concentration exercises, and exercises that will help to develop intuition and increase self-knowledge.

Classes will take place at the Soror Meral Building in Sacramento, on the 1st Wednesday of every month, from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm.  Free; $5 donation requested for those not formally enrolled in COTNC. Email cotnc@mac.com for more information and directions.
